Group therapy is a great way to decrease isolation and begin to gain insights from many different perspectives. Group therapy provides the social support that can help individuals begin to make real changes. Group therapy also provides education that can be applied to your recovery and used in your daily life to better your mental health.
We provide small individualized groups with a maximum of 5-6 clients per group at $40 per session for private pay.

Depression Recovery: This group provide skills and tools to help combat depression symptoms.
Relapse Prevention: This group will help individuals attain skills to manage their sobriety utilizing CBT and Smart Recovery techniques.
Mindfulness Group: Beneficial for those struggling with anxiety, trauma, and stress. Come spend this time understanding mindfulness and practicing techniques to help improve overall mind and body well-being.
