If you have received an appointment time with us, you can submit a credit card payment instantly online through PayPal by clicking the “Add to Cart” button below. Please select the appropriate service and therapist for which you are scheduled for.
OPTION 2 – Credit Card Authorization:
We ask all clients to complete the form below. Click the link below to fill out an authorization form in order for us to have a credit or debit card on file for you. Please bring this form along with any other forms requested to your first session. We will handle your payments with this option.
